Registered Nurse

Is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients . The role includes patient assessment, assisting physicians, administering treatments, and promoting preventive healthcare. The nurse ensures efficient clinic operations while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including vital signs monitoring, wound care, and basic treatment procedures
• Assist physicians during consultations, examinations, and minor procedures
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as prescribed
• Conduct patient triage and initial assessment
• Maintain accurate and updated patient medical records
• Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and proper medication use
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the clinic
• Monitor and manage medical supplies and inventory
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals for patient care and referrals
• Assist in community health programs and medical missions, if required
• Execute additional assignments as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Registered Nurse (with valid PRC License)
• With or without experience in a primary care or clinic setting
• Strong clinical and patient care skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Willing to work in a clinic or community-based setting
• Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm
• Location: Limketkai Business Park, CM Recto Ave., corner Osmeña and Florentino Sts., Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro, 9000
