Full Stack Developer (Mid-Level) — Remote, Work From Home

The Role

We're looking for a mid-level Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team on a fully remote, work-from-home basis. You'll work Australian business hours alongside our Sydney-based team, contributing to a platform that's actively used by healthcare professionals across the country. This is a genuine work-from-home opportunity — no commute, no office politics, just good engineering work with a team that trusts you to own your craft. What you'll be doing

• Building and maintaining features across our React front end and C#/Java back-end services
• Working with SQL Server (Azure-native) to design and optimise data models
• Deploying and supporting applications hosted on Microsoft Azure
• Collaborating closely with our Sydney-based product and engineering team during Australian business hours
• Writing clean, tested, maintainable code and participating in code reviews
• Troubleshooting issues across the stack, from UI quirks to backend performance
• What we're looking for3–5 years of professional experience as a full stack (or strong backend/frontend hybrid) developer
• Solid experience with React for front-end development
• Working proficiency in C# and/or Java for backend development
• Experience with SQL Server, ideally in an Azure environment
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, distributed team

• Experience in health tech, or a regulated industry where data integrity matters
• Exposure to Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or Infrastructure-as-Code
