Human Resources Associate

The HR Asssociate will manage complete day-to-day human resources operations, guiding employees smoothly through every stage of their tenure—from initial hiring to final departure. This position also functions as the accessible, first-line resource for all team inquiries and workplace matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Execute diverse sourcing strategies and cultivate hiring partnerships to build a steady influx of qualified candidates.
• Onboarding: Direct a welcoming, compliant orientation process that prepares new hires for immediate operational success.
• Employee Relations: Address staff issues confidentially and professionally, offering solutions that strictly uphold legal labor standards and fair procedures.
• Time & Attendance: Supervise timekeeping records with precision while analyzing attendance patterns to mitigate chronic punctuality issues.
• Culture & Engagement: Launch targeted engagement programs to foster a vibrant, collaborative workplace and boost company-wide morale.
• Offboarding: Administer the complete exit cycle, guaranteeing the swift return of company property and the immediate termination of digital credentials.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources or any other related courses.
• With at least 1 year of experience as a generalist, preferably in a service or hospitality industry.
• Has experience coordinating with Manpower agencies. Applicants from Manpower Agencies are a plus.
• Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Capable in multitasking and time management.
• Willing to be assign in Mandaluyong City on-site.
• Willing to be on a 6-day work week schedule.
