US Onboarding Specialist

• We’re Hiring: US Onboarding Specialist
• Location: Ayala Avenue, Makati
• Schedule: Night Shift (flexible across US time zones)
• Work Setup: Onsite Training, Hybrid setup after training

What You’ll Do: Guide US contingent workers through the onboarding process, ensuring a timely and professional experience. Act as the primary liaison for workers regarding payroll, benefits, and performance concerns. Manage offboarding tasks including asset retrieval and client communication. Learn and use client-specific systems and workflows for program accuracy. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.I-9 verification experience (Highly Desirable). At least 1 years of Onboarding HR support, Project Coordination , preferably with US clients. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong customer service orientation with a calm, problem-solving approach. Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with VMS platforms like Beeline or Fieldglass is a plus. Why Join Us? Work with a global, inclusive team
