Coordinate and prepare documentation for monthly Quality Assurance (QA) meetings (held every first Friday of the month) and regular staff meetings (held every last Friday of the month). Conduct preliminary checks on medical records, logbooks, and clinical forms to ensure strict accuracy and completeness. Monitor staff qualifications and training credits, helping coordinate staff participation in seminars and continuing education. Support the investigation of policy violations and assist in executing corrective action plans for compliance risks.
