About the role
POSITION TITLE: Technical Support Representative
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate or Bachelor's/College Degree in IT field or at least completed 2 years in college
- With or without BPO experience
- Tech Savy (with IT background preferably)
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Willing to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City)
- Amenable to work on a Night Shift Schedule
