Senior Software Developer

The Senior Software Developer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining secure, reliable, and scalable business applications. The role will be part of the company's newly established Information Technology Department and will contribute directly to the development of an integrated, end-to-end business management system. The successful candidate will perform hands-on software development while providing technical leadership to the development team. Key responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web-based and mobile-ready applications that support the company's operational and administrative requirements. Translate approved business requirements, workflows, and user needs into practical technical designs, system components, database structures, and application features. Participate in the development of the company's end-to-end business system, which may include inventory, purchasing, sales, finance, human resources, fleet management, warehouse operations, reporting, document management, and other approved modules. Establish modular and scalable application architecture to support future integrations, additional branches, increased transaction volumes, and continued business expansion. Develop and maintain secure application programming interfaces for integration with internal applications, third-party platforms, cloud services, and existing outsourced systems. Produce clean, maintainable, reusable, and properly documented source code in accordance with approved coding standards and software development practices. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level developers, including support in architecture, coding practices, debugging, testing, security, and deployment. Conduct code reviews to ensure that all software changes meet the company's requirements for quality, maintainability, security, performance, and documentation. Support the planning and execution of the MVP implementation roadmap, including requirements validation, system design, development, testing, user acceptance, pilot deployment, and production rollout. Design, optimize, and maintain relational databases, data models, queries, stored procedures, indexes, and migration scripts. About you

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline. At least five years of professional software development experience, including substantial responsibility for developing and maintaining business-critical applications. Demonstrated experience leading technical implementation activities, reviewing source code, mentoring developers, and resolving complex application issues. Strong experience in back-end and front-end web application development using modern programming languages, frameworks, and development practices. Proficiency in at least one relevant back-end technology, such as PHP with Laravel, Node.js with Express or Nest

JS, Java, Python, or an equivalent enterprise development platform. Experience with modern front-end technologies such as Vue.js, Nuxt, React, Angular, or equivalent frameworks. Strong working knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or equivalent database platforms. Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and working with third-party platforms and cloud-based services. Proficiency in Git or an equivalent distributed version-control system, including branching, merging, pull requests, and code-review workflows. Experience with software testing, debugging, performance optimization, application security, and production support.
