About the role
Provide 1st-level support for global alerts, monitoring, and IT incidents.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor 24/7 network, server, and application health
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and escalate incidents
- Perform first-level fixes and ticket management
- Coordinate with Infrastructure and Application teams
- Ensure proper ticket handover and SLA compliance
About you
- At least 1 year of experience in Monitoring or Infrastructure Support
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Azure/AWS
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Solar
Winds, Nagios, New Relic, Dynatrace, SAP Monitoring, or BMC True
Sight
- Knowledge of ITIL and ticketing tools is a plus
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment
- Willing to work ASAP
- Must be willing to work or near Alabang, Muntinlupa
