Safety Officer and Company Nurse

The Safety Officer/Company Nurse is responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace environment across the organization's office locations and property management operations. The role is responsible for implementing occupational safety and health programs, ensuring compliance with government regulations, conducting workplace inspections, managing employee health and wellness initiatives, and serving as the company's designated health and safety representative. As a Registered Nurse, the Safety Officer also provides basic occupational health services, handles medical incidents, and supports employee wellness programs to foster a safe and productive work environment. Qualifications and Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC License; Certified in First Aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), and CPR.At least 2 years of experience in occupational health and safety, corporate nursing, workplace health, or a related role. Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health standards and regulations; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
