About the role
- ROLE DESCRIPTIONHelp launch and shape a new Interior Design department, establishing workflows, standards, and processes from the ground up
- Lead interior design projects from concept through completion, managing timelines, deliverables, and quality
- Manage multiple interior design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Coordinate FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment) selections, materials, and finishes
- Collaborate closely with drafting, design, and project management teams to ensure interior design work integrates seamlessly with architectural plans
- Present design concepts and selections clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain SOPs and checklists, and direct Interior Design projects from start to finish
- Help build and mentor the interior design team as the department scales
- SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISEMinimum 2 years of experience working on US-based interior design projects
- Project management experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch
- Up, and Chief Architect
- Strong organizational skills
- Proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to help shape a new department with minimal oversight
- Strong English proficiency and communication skills
