About the role
DailyWebsiteReport.com tracks client websites for SSL, security, SEO and performance. We run a full Site
Scan every day at 4am, check uptime every 5 minutes, and grade each site with letter ratings (e.g. A/B/C) for both web and email health. We also auto-discover and monitor subdomains. This is a part-time, remote role covering three overlapping jobs: tester, virtual assistant, and content writer. Hours are flexible and vary by workload. Key responsibilities
- Manually test new dashboard features and report bugs clearly, with steps to reproduce and screenshots
- Provide general VA support: inbox and customer replies, data entry, scheduling, light research
- Write clear content: blog posts and help-doc articles on website security, SEO, uptime and performance, plus occasional site-report summaries
About you
- Strong written English
- Comfortable poking around a web app and writing up what's broken or confusing
- Reliable internet connection
- Flexible availability; hours vary week to week depending on workload
