WFH Junior Marketing Assistant

Job Overview: You will own the digital marketing presence of a telepsychiatry practice — from crafting compelling social media content that builds brand awareness, to reaching out directly to counseling businesses and healthcare providers to establish referral relationships. You will take the lead on SEO improvements and directory management to ensure the practice is easily discoverable, and you will use data from social media engagement to continuously sharpen your strategy. This is a role with real ownership and measurable impact: your work will directly contribute to patient growth and the long-term success of the practice. Schedule: Remote, Part Time | Flexible 20h per week during Central Time Zone business. hours

Responsibilities

• Create and manage social media content to build brand awareness for a telepsychiatry practice
• Conduct referral outreach via email and phone to counseling businesses and healthcare providers
• Maintain and update online directories and business listings to improve local visibility
• Monitor social media engagement and adjust content strategy to maximize reach
• Requirements: Proven experience in social media management and content creation for small businesses
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional outreach
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva and CapCut for creating visual content
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bonus: if you have prior experience marketing for healthcare, wellness, or mental health brands
