Human Resources Specialist

Lightforce Corporation is seeking a talented Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Cubao, Quezon City. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our growing organisation. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration. What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the recruitment and selection of new employees, including posting job ads, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews
• Onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation
• Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
• Administering employee benefit programmes and addressing any related queries
• Providing support for performance management processes, such as conducting annual reviews
• Assisting with employee relations and addressing any HR-related concerns or complaints
• Staying up-to-date with employment laws and regulations and ensuring the company's HR practices are compliant
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall HR strategy and objectives

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably within a fast-paced, growing organisation
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees at all levels
• Proficient in HR software and technologies, including HRIS and applicant tracking systems
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
