What is the job? The Senior Accountant 1 supports the organization's day-to-day accounting and financial operations by maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, preparing account reconciliations, and supporting month-end close activities. Responsibilities:
- Support AP/AR, invoice processing, payments, and financial transactions.
- Prepare GL entries, reconciliations, and accounting documentation.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
- Support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate records, internal controls, and audit documentation. Qualifications:
- Minimum of four (4) years of accounting experience.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot
Tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Experience with account reconciliations and financial record maintenance.
