Full Stack Web Developer

The role Full Stack Web Developer, can own projects end-to-end, work confidently across the stack, and grow with us as we take on larger, more complex engagements.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain web applications across frontend and backend
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP)
• Collaborate with project managers, QA, and clients to translate requirements into working solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
• Take ownership of features and systems — not just tickets, but outcomes

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one modern frontend framework (React, Vue, Angular, or Next.js/Nuxt.js)
• Backend development experience with Node.js/Express, Laravel (PHP), or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Practical cloud deployment experience (AWS or Google Cloud) — EC2, S3, RDS, Cloud Run, or similar
• Comfortable with Git-based workflows and CI/CD basics
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration

Strongly Preferred

• Experience with containerization (Docker) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
• Exposure to authentication/authorization systems (OAuth, SSO, role-based access)
• A portfolio of live, verifiable projects (GitHub, deployed sites, or case studies)
• Prior experience in an agency, freelance, or multi-client environment
• Familiarity with responsive, mobile-first design principles

Good To Have

• Experience with WordPress development/custom plugins
• Familiarity with AI/LLM-integrated applications
• Prior team lead or mentorship experience
