Full job description

The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making. This role transforms raw data into meaningful insights by developing reports, dashboards, and performance analyses that help improve operational efficiency, identify trends, and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for management.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports.
• Support departments by providing data-driven recommendations for business decisions.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis as requested by management.
• Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency where possible.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
