About the role
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement employee engagement programs, activities, and initiatives. Plan and coordinate company events, employee activities, and culture-building programs. Conduct employee engagement surveys and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement. Develop and support learning, training, and organizational development initiatives. Assist in designing career development, performance management, and employee development programs. Partner with different departments to promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture. Monitor engagement initiatives and provide recommendations based on employee feedback and organizational needs. Support HR projects and initiatives related to employee experience and organizational effectiveness. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2–3 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, learning & development, or organizational development. Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Creative, organized, and comfortable handling employee-facing programs and activities. Able to analyze employee feedback and translate insights into actionable HR initiatives. Experience in training facilitation, employee engagement programs, or organizational development is an advantage.
