IT Technician

Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network related issues. Perform routine preventive maintenance on computer systems and equipment. Ensure all systems are operational and updated with the latest security patches. Install only authorized software required for business operations. Monitor company computers to ensure unauthorized applications are not installed or used. Remove or restrict non-work related applications as directed by management. Monitor and maintain local area network (LAN), internet connectivity, and network devices. Implement basic network security measures to protect company data. Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures. Conduct periodic inspections of computer units to verify proper usage. Respond promptly to IT-related concerns and service requests. Maintain records of repairs, inspections, software installations, and maintenance activities. Prepare periodic reports on IT equipment status and compliance findings.

About you

Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science

• At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience as an IT Technician
• Proficient in installing, configuring, and maintaining server operating systems
• Strong knowledge of network administration
• Experience managing and maintaining directory services, user access controls, and email systems
