About the role
The Sales Specialist is responsible for driving patient growth by developing partnerships with companies, schools, local government units (LGUs), barangays, organizations, and communities. The role promotes the PCF's healthcare services, coordinates healthcare activities, and builds long-term relationships that increase healthcare access and utilization for YAKAP and GAMOT.Key responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new partner accounts within the assigned territory
- Conduct daily field visits and presentations to companies, schools, LGUs, barangays, and community organizations
- Secure partnerships that generate patient registration and healthcare
- Maintain and grow existing partner accounts
- Achieve monthly patient registration and Run targets
- Assist with patient pre-registration and appointment scheduling
- Monitor patient turnout and implement initiatives to improve participation
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Public Health, or a related field
- Experience in sales, business development, account management, or community engagement is preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory
