Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline3-5 years of HR experience

Responsibilities

Employee Relations and Advisory Support

Provide timely and practical advice to leaders on performance, conduct, attendance, and workplace concerns, supporting the consistent and compliant management of employee matters. Support workplace investigations through coordination, documentation, and preparation of formal correspondence, ensuring processes are structured, fair, and aligned with organizational standards. Interpret employment contracts, Modern Awards, policies, and relevant legislation to guide decision-making and ensure consistent application across the workforce. Escalate complex or high-risk matters appropriately, ensuring visibility and oversight in line with governance expectations.HR Enquiries and Service Delivery

Manage the central HR mailbox and ticketing systems, ensuring enquiries are triaged, addressed, and resolved within agreed service timeframes. Provide accurate and professional responses to employee and manager queries, maintaining consistency in advice and communication. Monitor enquiry trends and identify recurring issues to inform improvements in service delivery and process design. Maintain structured workflows and documentation, ensuring all actions are traceable and aligned with service standards. Employee Lifecycle Management

Prepare and issue employment contracts, variations, and employee correspondence, ensuring accuracy and adherence to approved templates. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is complete, verified, and stored in accordance with organizational requirements. Track outstanding documentation and conduct follow-ups within required timeframes to maintain compliance and workforce readiness. Support recruitment and workforce processes for corporate roles as required, ensuring coordination aligns with operational needs. Workforce Compliance and Credential Management

Maintain accurate records of workforce compliance requirements, including police checks, NDIS screening clearances, and role-specific certifications. Monitor compliance expiration dates and coordinate renewal processes to maintain continuous workforce eligibility and readiness. Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, compliance trackers, and reports. Ensure workforce records and compliance data are maintained in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.HR Systems and Data Integrity

Maintain digital personnel files, ensuring records are complete and aligned with document management protocols. Update HR systems and ticketing platforms with detailed case
