About the role
Lead Data Analyst
Elite Havens is Asia's leading luxury private villa company, part of Dusit International, with the biggest range of luxury villas across the region. Manila isn't a branch here, it's our Regional Operating Headquarters (ROHQ), the base for the systems and decisions that run this international business. We're looking for a Lead Data Analyst to build and own the data backbone behind an operation spanning six markets, working directly with finance, IT and the wider business on the numbers that drive it.
What you'll do
- Maintain and extend our data warehouse and reporting pipelines, including stored procedures and views
- Turn requests from colleagues across finance, IT and operations teams into clear, reliable reports and dashboards
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies at the source, not just patch the output
- Build and maintain dashboards in Power BIWork with developers to fix issues before they reach production
- Run quality checks on new reports before they go live
- What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science or related field7+ years' experience in data analysis, SQL and reporting
- Strong SQL skills: stored procedures, views, query optimisation, and root-cause investigation of data issues
- Experience with a data warehouse or structured reporting database
- Power BI or similar visualisation tool
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data connectors)
- Comfortable explaining data to non-technical stakeholders
- Python or ETL tool exposure is a plus
