Pop App is looking for a Creative Trainer to train and support newly hired team members as they build the skills they need to work with e-commerce brands around the world.

This is a great opportunity for a creative professional who has experience training, coaching, mentoring, onboarding, or supporting team members and wants to take their experience into a training-focused role.

What You'll Do

• Lead engaging virtual training sessions for newly hired team members
• Train agents on creative, e-commerce, and digital marketing skills
• Guide trainees through practical activities and assessments
• Provide feedback and coaching to help trainees improve
• Cover areas such as social media, graphic design, video editing, SEO, email marketing, and content creation
• Create and improve training materials and learning resources

What We're Looking For

• Experience in at least one creative, marketing, or e-commerce area
• Hands-on experience with graphic design, video editing, social media, SEO, email marketing, or content creation
• 6+ months of experience in training, coaching, mentoring, onboarding, or team development
• Strong written and spoken English
• Comfortable presenting and facilitating virtual sessions
• Able to explain concepts clearly and give constructive feedback
• Organized, patient, and comfortable working with different types of learners
• E-commerce experience is a plus

Tools That Are a Plus

Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Shopify, Meta Business Suite, Klaviyo, Google Workspace, SEO tools, or video editing software is an advantage.
