Full job description

At least 1 year experience in the same capacity

_Administers first aid treatment/medical procedures in all medical cases.
_Disseminates health and safety awareness information thru one-on-one health teaching, information bulletin and hand- outs.
_Issues medical and dental referrals, leaves and ID gate pass to employees.
_Issues laboratory requests to employees who are candidates for regularization. (APE)
_Issues fit to work slips to fully recovered employees and sent home slips to employees with symptomatic complaints.
_Handles budget control of employees who incurred work-connected injuries.
_Files/records diagnosis and treatment of employees to patient’s chart and keep it confidential.
_Accomplishes records on sickness, maternity notification and occupational accidents.
_Prepares monthly report on medical diseases and medicine consumption.
_Maintains the cleanliness and sterility of medical equipments/supplies and area
_Ensures adequate supplies/stock of drugs and other medical supplies.
