Senior UI/UX Designer

Our client, an international development finance institution, is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to refine the interface and user experience of its Sovereign Operations modules and Enterprise Applications Portal. You will own the design process end-to-end - research, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and usability testing - across web and mobile. What You'll Do

• Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover needs and pain points.
• Build wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Design responsive, mobile-first web and mobile interfaces across platforms.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs aligned with brand and design guidelines.
• Run usability tests and integrate feedback into refined designs.
• Maintain design documentation, style guides, and specs for developer handoff. What You'll Bring
• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio for complex systems.
• Demonstrated mobile / mobile-first design experience for iOS and/or Android.
• Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience designing for enterprise, financial, or operations-delivery applications is a plus. Details
