The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in cash accounting, account reconciliations, month-end close, or general ledger accounting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot
• Tables, advanced filtering, and data analysis functions
• Proven experience in cash reconciliations, journal entry preparation, month-end close activities, and variance investigation
• Experience with NetSuite, strongly preferred; experience with similar ERP or accounting platforms will also be considered
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in asynchronous (Slack) and synchronous (Zoom) environments
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and sound judgment when escalating issues or seeking guidance
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy while managing multiple accounts and deadlines

Your Daily Tasks

• Own the vendor bill payment process in Ramp, load bills, and ensure appropriate approvals are obtained
• Prepare and record accurate and timely journal entries to support the month-end close process
• Perform monthly account reconciliations, variance analyses, and root-cause analyses for key cash accounts
• Manage assigned cash accounts end-to-end and identify and implement workflow improvements
• Prepare and upload bulk journal entries using CSV upload templates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain financial accuracy and audit readiness
