The Sales Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and leading the Sales Consultant team, providing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure optimal performance. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients while driving the team to achieve and exceed sales targets. The Sales Team Leader is also expected to close vehicle deals to meet monthly targets. Qualification: Required Skills: Customer Focus Orientation, Selling Skills, Negotiating Skills, and Excellent Communication Skills
