Automation QA (ASAP Joiner/Playwright/Onsite)

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in Playwright to design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions for web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring software quality through automated functional, regression, API, and end-to-end testing while collaborating closely with development, product, and DevOps teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright
• Create and execute functional, regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end test cases
• Develop and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and reusable test components
• Perform UI and API testing to validate application functionality and performance
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and define test strategies
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
• Analyze test results and prepare test execution reports
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Continuously improve test coverage, automation efficiency, and quality processes
