HR Partnership1. Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and organizational development.2. Collaborate with HR teams on talent management, performance reviews, and succession planning. Communication & Social Media Management1. Develop and execute a content strategy for the company’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to highlight culture, achievements, and employee stories.2. Monitor social media activity, respond to employee-related inquiries, and ensure alignment with corporate communication standards.3. Track engagement metrics and provide insights to leadership on employer branding effectiveness. Recruitment and Sourcing1) Phone Screening for entry Level positions2) Manage postings on Jobstreet and other sourcing channels

Employee Engagement1. Design and implement HR programs that drive employee satisfaction, retention, and performance.2.
