Hotel Reservation Account - Customer Service and Sales

Join our dynamic team at Alorica Teleservices, Inc. as a Customer Service Representative - Hotel Reservation. This full-time position is based in Makati City, Metro Manila, and offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service in the call centre industry. What you'll be doing

• Handle inbound calls from customers inquiring about hotel reservations
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about hotel availability, room rates, and amenities
• Process hotel reservations, modifications, and cancellations efficiently
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide a high level of customer satisfaction
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

• Must have completed Senior High School (New Curriculum) | High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)BPO Experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of the hotel and hospitality industry is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
