JOB SCOPEThe Marketing Staff (Graphics and Content) is responsible for developing and executing creative materials that strengthen the company’s brand identity and support marketing initiatives. The role focuses on producing high-quality graphic designs, digital content, and creative assets that enhance Krypton International Resources Inc.’s presence across platforms. Working closely with the Marketing Officer, this role ensures that all visual communications effectively convey the company’s message while maintaining brand consistency. II. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES1. Graphic Design & Branding1.1. Conceptualize, design, and produce marketing collaterals (e.g., brochures, posters, tarpaulins, digital banners, calling cards, and presentations).1.2. Ensure consistency of branding and visual identity across all materials.1.3. Maintain an organized repository of brand assets (logos, templates, images) for internal and external use. 2. Digital Content Creation2.1. Develop graphics and visual content for digital platforms to support promotions and campaigns.2.2. Edit pictures and videos for marketing and promotional purposes.3. Creative Support for Campaigns & Sales3.1. Design visuals for sales tools, proposals, and client presentations to support the Sales team.3.2. Provide creative materials, layouts, and visual direction for product sheets and catalogs to enhance client engagement.4. Collaboration & Supplier Coordination4.1. Coordinate with third-party suppliers such as printers, designers, and production houses to ensure design quality and alignment with branding.4.2. Review and approve proofs and samples to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery5. Internal Support & Special Projects5.1. Provide creative assistance for internal programs such as recruitment, employee engagement, and company-wide events.5.2. Collaborate with the Marketing Officer and other departments in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative campaign concepts.6. Other Duties6.1. Does other tasks as assign by immediate superior III. JOB SPECIFICATIONSBachelor’s Degree in Graphic Arts, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Communication Arts, Marketing or any related field

At least one (1) year of experience in creative or design-related work (Fresh graduates with a demonstrated ability in design content creation and basic video editing are welcome to apply). Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or equivalent design tools and AI-powered tools for content ideation and visual production. Attention to detail, creativity, ability to meet deadlines, communication, and organizational skills.
