Full Stack Developer (ONSITE)

Service Description

Primary Responsibility: Wealth Portal Development – 70%Develop and maintain the Wealth Portal, including reconciliation tools, specialized extract reports, and ad hoc reporting solutions. Front-End Development – 40%: Develop and enhance menus, modules, interfaces, and portal functionalities based on business requirements. Back-End Development – 30%: Develop and maintain Java applications, extract/interface programs, reconciliation tools, and reporting solutions. Gather and document business requirements and prepare technical specifications. Develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain applications and system interfaces. Ensure solutions meet established development, security, quality, and compliance standards. Secondary Responsibility: Production Support – 30%Provide production support and monitoring for Wealth Management systems, including MFund, WMROR, Container Project, and related interfaces. Monitor system performance, production activities, incidents, and ongoing issues. Manage incident and service tickets from internal and vendor ticketing systems, including tracking, escalation, resolution, and closure. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to diagnose and resolve production issues. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive solutions. Maintain technical, operational, and incident-related documentation. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status and progress reports. Coordinate software releases, deployments, and Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities. Develop support tools and interface programs as required. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and compliance with the Bank’s SDLC and DevOps practices, including version control, CI/CD, security, and regulatory requirements.
