Global Finance Teams is looking for a US Finance Controller to join one of our startup clients. This role offers an exciting chance for individuals eager to contribute to a growing company and be part of a team poised for expansion within the industry.

Key details of the position include

• 100% remote setup
• A laptop provided for your use
• 30 PTOs (18 sick leaves, 12 vacation leaves) to support a healthy work-life balance
• Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) provided

Ideal candidates should possess

• Experience handling US clients
• A background in a SaaS/software company
• Experience overseeing end-to-end accounting operations and monthly close
• Experience managing outsourced accounting firms or offshore accounting teams
• Experience handling financial audits, including PBC requests and auditor coordination
• A strong understanding of internal controls and accounting policies
• Experience reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Experience with ERP migration or implementation projects
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct
• Experience preparing monthly financial reporting packages for leadership
• Experience coordinating with external tax advisors and compliance filings
• Strong process improvement and finance project management experience
