Software Integration Analyst

As a Software Integration Analyst, you will work at the intersection of software integration, functional analysis, and project management. You will collaborate with engineers, cross-functional teams, and international clients to understand business requirements, design solutions, and deliver technology projects that meet client needs.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of client projects from initial scoping through implementation and final invoicing. Work with clients to understand business requirements, processes, and integration needs, and translate them into clear project requirements. Participate in solution design, system integration, testing, and project delivery to ensure solutions meet client requirements and are delivered on time and in full. Collaborate with software engineers and cross-functional teams to implement and integrate business systems. Manage client communication, expectations, requirements, and project updates throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Follow established policies and best practices when defining and implementing project requirements. Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate resolution of issues identified during testing or implementation. Understand and apply relevant connectivity and integration protocols based on project requirements. Qualifications

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience in software integration, EDI, ERP, e-commerce, or related technology environments. Experience managing or leading projects, preferably involving technology implementation or system integration. Confident spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients. Strong planning, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Qualifications

Understanding of B2B, e-commerce, ERP, or supply chain management business processes. Experience or knowledge of programming languages, preferably Java and/or C++.Understanding of network communication and integration protocols.
