About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Insurance Virtual Assistant to support a U.S.-based insurance agency with policy servicing, quoting, renewals, and customer support. You'll work extensively within the EZLynx Agency Management System to prepare quotes, process policy changes, issue certificates, and ensure accurate policy documentation. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering outstanding client service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare insurance quotes using EZLynx.
• Create quote summaries and insurance proposals for clients.
• Compare coverage options and assist with policy recommendations.
• Review policies to ensure accurate coverage, limits, and customer information.
• Process policy endorsements and policy change requests.
• Handle mortgagee additions, removals, and updates.
• Generate and issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
• Manage policy renewals and coordinate renewal reviews with clients.
• Remarket policies to obtain competitive coverage and pricing.
• Conduct follow-ups regarding quotes, renewals, and policy servicing.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone and email.
• Maintain accurate policy documentation within EZLynx.
• Utilize EZLynx automation tools for reminders and workflow management.
• Keep client records organized and up to date.
• Provide administrative support to the insurance team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting a U.S. insurance agency or insurance account management is preferred.
• Hands-on experience using EZLynx or a similar Agency Management System is highly preferred.
• Experience with quoting, policy servicing, endorsements, renewals, and Certificates of Insurance.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate policy documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be comfortable working a night shift to support U.S.-based clients and align with their business hours.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work environment.
• Must be willing to work onsite (Clark, Pampanga).
