About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and solution-oriented Data & Systems Analyst with strong experience in Quickbase development and low-code application development. The role will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, developing and maintaining Quickbase applications, automating workflows, managing business data, and improving systems used across Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and maintain Quickbase applications, dashboards, reports, and workflows. Build low-code solutions and automated processes using Quickbase Pipelines and other automation tools. Gather business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions. Analyze data and develop KPI dashboards and reports to support business decisions. Manage data accuracy, application configurations, user access, and system permissions. Integrate Quickbase with Power BI, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Excel, and other business systems. Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to users. Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and system optimization. Assist with system testing, data migration, documentation, and implementation of new solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in Quickbase development, systems analysis, data analysis, or a related role. Hands-on experience with Quickbase application development and Quickbase Pipelines. Knowledge of low-code development, workflow automation, databases, dashboards, and API integrations. Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Excel, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Power Automate is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to understand business requirements and develop efficient system solutions. Willing to work onsite in Manila on a night-shift schedule.
