HR Senior Associate

As an HR Senior Associate, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end HR support, ensuring efficient HR operations, and contributing to employee engagement and organizational success. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the business. Key responsibilities

• Manage and support various HR processes and employee lifecycle activities
• Handle employee relations concerns and provide HR guidance
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Ensure accuracy and maintenance of HR records and documentation
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Monitor compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Prepare HR reports, data analysis, and workforce insights
• Collaborate with managers and employees to foster a positive workplace culture

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2-5 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and labor laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
