About the role
Actively Hiring: CSR Agent – Healthcare Insurance!📍 Location: 5th Avenue, BGC, Taguig City
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of BPO experience supporting an international Healthcare/Insurance account
- Must have experience handling voice inbound calls
- Experience in Claims, Benefits, and Eligibility is required
College graduate
Must be able to provide a copy of TOR or Diploma
Work Arrangement
Permanent night shift
Weekends off
Hybrid setup: 2–3 days onsite per week
