Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing visual elements that users interact with in our web applications, ensuring an exceptional user experience. You will work closely with designers and backend developers to create responsive, high-performance interfaces using modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, responsive user interfaces for web applications.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design wireframes and mockups into functional code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of our development processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues across different browsers and devices.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in frontend development.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in frontend development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS or LESS) and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Gulp).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha) and end-to-end testing tools (e.g., Cypress).
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
