Part Time Virtual Customer Support Representative

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Customer Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is primarily focused on handling customer inquiries via email and engaging with our audience through social media outreach. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a remote, async-friendly environment and can hit the ground running.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and support tickets via email in a timely, professional manner
• Monitor and engage with customers across social media platforms (comments, DMs, mentions)
• Conduct social media outreach to prospective customers/clients as needed
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member or department
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and recurring issues
• Ensure consistent brand voice and tone across all customer touchpoints

About you

• Prior experience in a virtual/remote customer support role (required)
• Strong written English communication skills
• Comfortable managing email support queues and social media inboxes
• Must own a reliable personal device (laptop/desktop) suitable for remote work
• Stable internet connection
• Must be available to work 9:00 PM – 1:00 AM Manila Time, part-time
• Able to start immediately
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with helpdesk/CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot)
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite)
