WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Junior Software Developer, you will
- Work with the Product Team and fellow developers to build and enhance web applications.
- Develop features and functionalities based on approved requirements and specifications.
- Write clean, organized, and reliable code following development standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting bugs, improving system performance, and updating existing features.
- Participate in testing, code reviews, and other development activities.
- Create clear documentation for developed features, system changes, and functionalities.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth development and timely completion of tasks.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You don’t need to know everything—we’re looking for someone who is willing to learn, curious, detail-oriented, and ready to grow. You should have:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
- Knowledge of basic web development technologies
- Experience with at least one backend programming language
- Familiarity with PHP or Laravel is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of Git and GitHub repositories
- Basic experience with MySQL, MariaDB, or other relational databases
- Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively, follow instructions, and meet deadlines
PLUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
- Experience working with REST APIs
- Basic understanding of backend development workflows
- Knowledge of responsive web design
- Experience using frontend debugging tools
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development environments
