Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working across multiple industries including healthcare, e-commerce, and charity, with the ability to create visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics for digital and print platforms
• Create social media creatives, banners, ads, and marketing materials
• Develop branding assets including logos, brand kits, and visual identities
• Work on website UI elements, landing pages, and e-commerce creatives
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams
• Ensure all designs are consistent with brand standards
• Handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines

Required Skills & Tools

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with Figma / Adobe XD for UI/UX design
• Knowledge of social media design trends and ad creatives
• Understanding of branding and visual storytelling
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience in healthcare, e-commerce, or charity sector (preferred)

For Manager / Lead Role (5+ Years Experience)

• Lead and mentor design team
• Review and approve creative outputs
• Manage design workflows and project timelines
• Collaborate with stakeholders for campaign strategy
• Ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment across all deliverables
