About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior IT/AI Specialist to assist with IT operations, AI solutions, automation, troubleshooting, and the implementation of technology-driven improvements within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing AI-powered tools and solutions. Support automation and digital transformation initiatives. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues. Assist with AI tools, APIs, and software integrations. Monitor and maintain IT systems and applications. Research and recommend emerging AI and IT technologies. Assist in testing, debugging, and optimizing software and AI applications. Provide technical support to employees. Maintain documentation of IT processes and systems. Perform other IT- and AI-related tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. At least 6 months of relevant IT, software development, AI, or technical support experience. Basic to intermediate knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar. Familiarity with AI tools, automation, APIs, or chatbot technologies is an advantage. Basic knowledge of databases, networking, and system troubleshooting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Good communication and teamwork skills.
