Qualifications

  • Essential2-4 years of hands-on experience in UK HR Administration and HR Data Management
  • Strong hands-on experience using SAP Success
  • Factors for HR administration, employee data maintenance, HR transactions, and employee lifecycle updates
  • Strong knowledge of UK HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding
  • Strong data entry, data validation, and data management skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools for preparing, maintaining, and analyzing HR data and reports
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to support UK-based and international stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential employee and HR information

Preferred

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience supporting HR technology platforms or HR service management tools
  • Experience supporting HR transformation, process improvement, or automation initiatives
  • Knowledge of UK HR compliance requirements and data privacy regulations
  • Experience within a law firm, professional services partnership, shared services environment, or complex global organization
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving, and internationally distributed environment

Responsibilities

  • HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle Support
  • Process UK joiner, mover, and leaver administration activities in accordance with established procedures and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Prepare employment-related documentation, including contracts, offer letters, salary change letters, promotion letters, and other employee correspondence

Issue reference letters, employment verification letters, and other employment-related documentation in accordance with company policies and service level agreements

  • Maintain accurate employee records within SAP Success
  • Factors and supporting HR systems
  • Administer probation reviews, contract changes, and employee status updates
  • Monitor HR inboxes and case management systems, responding to employee and manager inquiries or escalating issues as appropriate
  • Store and maintain documentation in accordance with data privacy and record retention

Support HR audits and compliance activities by providing accurate data and documentation

HR Systems Administration

  • Perform routine HR transactions and employee data updates within SAP Success
  • Factors, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Conduct regular data quality reviews and resolve inconsistencies within SAP Success
  • Factors and supporting HR systems
  • Reporting & HR Data Management
  • Produce HR metrics and reports covering headcount, attrition, recruitment activity, absence, diversity, and HR service volumes
  • Analyze and maintain HR and employee data to support accurate workforce insights and business decision-making

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve HR service delivery
  • Support HR Operations and HR Technology initiatives as required
  • Maintain the confidentiality of company and client information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and company policies

Success Measures

  • Deliver outstanding accuracy in HR data and employee documentation
  • Process UK employee lifecycle transactions within agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Maintain a highly responsive HR service with strong stakeholder satisfaction
  • Produce accurate and timely HR reports and dashboards
  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve processes, systems, and data quality
  • Demonstrate confidentiality, compliance, and attention to detail while contributing to an outstanding employee experience
