IT Sales Account Manager

We are looking for an IT Sales Account Manager with a proven track record in selling IT consulting and professional services to enterprise clients. The role will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and develop service proposals that address clients' technology and workforce needs.

Key responsibilities

Connect with potential clients, build good relationships, and offer services that match their business needs. Understand what clients need, work with internal teams on proposals, and agree on pricing and contract terms. Manage the sales process from start to finish. Track sales opportunities, keep records updated, and coordinate with delivery teams to ensure clients receive the services committed.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. At least 3 years of IT Sales, including selling IT Consulting Services (Staff augmentation & Managed Services)

Proven track record of acquiring enterprise clients and achieving sales or revenue targets. Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders. Working knowledge of IT service areas such as application development, QA, cloud and infrastructure, data and analytics, or cybersecurity. Experience preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, and negotiating commercial terms. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to collaborate with technical and delivery teams to translate client needs into realistic service commitments.
