A Company Nurse promotes and safeguards the health and safety of employees in the workplace. They provide immediate first aid, manage clinic operations, conduct health assessments, and ensure the company complies with occupational health and safety regulations. [1, 2, 3]Key Responsibilities

• Medical Care & Emergency Response: Administer first aid, basic life support, and over-the-counter medications for on-site emergencies and minor ailments. Coordinate immediate medical transportation to the nearest hospital if necessary. [1, 2]
• Clinic Management: Oversee daily clinic operations, maintain electronic medical records, and monitor inventory of medicines and medical supplies. [1, 2]
• Health Assessments: Conduct routine health checks, process annual physical examinations (APE), and validate medical certificates. Assist the company doctor during on-site consultations. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the workplace complies with local labor and occupational health standards (e.g., Department of Labor and Employment [DOLE] and Occupational Safety and Health [OSH] guidelines). [1, 2, 3]
• Wellness Programs: Develop, implement, and promote health education campaigns, wellness seminars, and fitness programs

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
