Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a new team of International Travel Sales Agents
- Identify opportunities for group departures and premium travel product
- Negotiate and secure airline seat blocks and group allocations
- Develop competitive international travel packages
- Create and execute sales strategies to ensure blocked inventory is sold
- Monitor booking pace, seat utilization, and profitability
- Work closely with Marketing to generate demand and increase conversions
- Guide the team on visa requirements, travel documentation, and destination knowledge
