Full job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Marketing & Social Media Management

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Build and manage the company’s social media platforms, especially Facebook
• Plan, create, and schedule content including posts, captions, images, and videos
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital channels

Content Creation & Engagement

• Create engaging and relevant content to attract and retain the target audience
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on time
• Stay updated with social media trends and recommend new ideas for engagement

Digital Campaigns & Advertising

• Plan and execute digital campaigns, promotions, and boosted posts
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads)
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly

Analytics & Reporting

• Track key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions
• Prepare regular reports on social media and campaign performance
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve results

Coordination & Support

• Collaborate with internal teams for marketing initiatives and promotions
• Coordinate with external partners (designers, agencies, suppliers) if needed.

Other Duties

• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
• Proven experience managing Facebook pages and other social media platforms
• Familiarity with digital advertising tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads is a plus)
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills
• Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) is an advantage
• Analytical mindset with experience using insights and analytics tools
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, creative, and detail-oriented
