MIS/IT STAFF (CABANATUAN)

The MIS/IT Staff is responsible for providing technical assistance, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT-related resources across the organization. This role supports software, hardware, networking, and reporting requirements while ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and up to date. Key Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for MS Office, Operating Systems, SAP, and Employee Attendance System. Respond to and resolve IT-related issues raised by users in a timely manner. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot. Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance for IT equipment. Monitor and maintain network infrastructure. Ensure stable and secure network performance. Monitor all IT-related materials and equipment. Maintain MIS equipment inventory (quarterly or as needed). Track hardware and software assets and ensure accurate documentation. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Preferably with at least 1 year experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration. Experience handling hardware, software, and networking issues
• Familiarity with server monitoring and CCTV systems is a pluswilling to start as soon as possiblewilling to work on Saturdays
