FULL-TIME HOME-BASED ESL TEACHER

About the Role

Join BCM as a Full-Time Home-Based ESL Teacher and teach Korean and Japanese students in a structured, high-quality online learning environment.

You will conduct 1:1 audio and video English classes using our prepared learning materials. No lesson planning is required. Full training, coaching, and ongoing support will be provided to help you succeed in your role.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct interactive 1:1 English classes with Korean and Japanese learners
• Deliver lessons using prepared teaching materials — no lesson planning required
• Provide constructive feedback after each class
• Maintain a professional and suitable teaching environment at home
• Follow BCM's teaching standards and procedures
• Support consistent student learning and progress

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree — required
• Strong English communication skills
• Comfortable conducting consecutive 1:1 audio and video classes
• Willing to undergo training and coaching
• Committed to a stable, long-term teaching career
• Able to maintain a professional and distraction-free home teaching environment

Technical Requirements

Applicants must have the following equipment and internet setup

PC / Computer

• Desktop or laptop computer with a processor of at least 4 cores / 4 threads
• 8 GB RAM or higher
• SSD storage required
• Computer must be capable of smoothly handling audio and video classes

Internet Connection

• Fiber internet connection required
• Minimum internet speed of 20 Mbps upload and 20 Mbps download
• Stable and reliable connection suitable for consecutive online classes

Headset

• Noise-canceling headset required
• Must be USB or Bluetooth type
