Qualification

• Registered Civil Engineer
• Minimum of 5 yrs related experience
• With experience handling residential Projects from start to finish
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
• Willing to be assign in any Cebu Projects (Mandaue & Guadalupe)
• Compressed Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:30am-6:00pm)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the project and report the progress status and the recommended solution to the project owner.
• Provide up-to-date status reporting and forecast to management.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders closely for technical proposal, solutions design, implementation planning.
• Direct and manage the assigned sub-contractor’s works safety, quality and schedule.
• Ensure project work plans are tracked and revise milestones as appropriate to meet changing requirements.
• Meeting with clients, stakeholders and project engineers to report on project progress
• Prepare and submit project accomplishment reports.
• Monitoring project progress, overseeing finance and ensuring project quality and Safety
• Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to project engineers
• Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion
• Managing risks to avoid delays or reputational damage
• Help in the implementation Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plan, and Project Construction Safety and Health Program.
• Ensuring permits and legal papers are secured ahead of the project
• Direct workers and evaluate actual manpower loading against plan.
• Recommend addition or reduction of manpower.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
